To celebrate the release, we’re counting down the days with fun and prizes.  Each day, from now until November 1st, drop by to join the celebration and answer the Question of the Day in this blog’s comment section to be entered to win.  (For sweepstakes rules and eligibility, click here.)

Current Drawing

From now through the Monday October 9th countdown post, stop by the C.L. Wilson blog to answer the question of the day and enter to win. You can comment multiple times a day, just to have fun and be involved, but each participate receives only one ticket in the drawing for each day’s blog post you comment on.  All responses will be tallied after comments close for the final post. The winners will be selected at random from all entries, with all winners of the first drawing posted on Tuesday, October 10th.

No question about it…. The Fading Lands! I would love to visit Elverial (hope spelling is ok, I don’t have my books with me!) where I’d marvel at the way the city was built within the trees. And Darsa, to see the amazing library and drink magical water from the source!

The Fading Lands! There isn’t a hesitation! Okay but to narrow it down? ….pfft! As if I could. I’d love to spend time with the Guild, I want to joke with the guys and learn the Dance of Knives. I want to continuously flirt with Bel and Kiel AND Kieran. (I can’t choose but mostly Bel) and I’d like to play pranks with them and just…ugh! I want to hang out with them all! I’ve daydreamt of it so often!

Elvia. I’m always fascinated with elves in fantasy, particularly the Tolkien-esque ones. The elves of Elvia remind me of the elves of Lothlorien – I would like be to walk their forests.

I would like to visit Calberna, so excited for The Sea King!!!! I can’t wait to explore a society that is Matriarchal. We see it so rarely in novels and real life, I’m excited to see if play out on the pages of The Sea King.

Fey’Bahren is the place I would love to see. The Tairen are such amazing creatures. I’d love to see one just once. And then the Bay of Flames. The idea of magic being everywhere is amazing.

Would love to go to the fading lands, see the tairen in flight, see Darsa in all its glory with all the fey walking around, then off to deepwoods in Elvia to see the elf king and hear the elves sing.
