THE SEA KING Release Countdown Sweepstakes Rules

To participate in the SEA KING Release Countdown Sweepstakes, you must be (a) be eligible to participate (see “The Legal Stuff” below) and (b) answer the “Question of the Day” on the current daily blog post at www.clwilson.com/blog/ before 10am Eastern Time (UTC-5) the following day.

IMPORTANT: Commenting on syndicated blog links — such as those at Goodreads or Amazon.com — do not constitute a response eligible for inclusion in the daily or grand prize giveaways. You must come to the C.L. Wilson website blog page (see link above) to enter an sweepstakes-eligible comment.

Every eligible person who participates in the countdown by answering the Countdown Question of the Day on the daily blog will receive one “ticket” for each day they comment on the daily countdown blog. Those tickets will be added to the sweepstakes drawing pools for both the associated daily or weekly drawing, as well as the Grand Prize drawing. Daily Comments are open from the time blog post is posted, through 10am Eastern Time (UTC-5) the following day. Any comments posted after the comment closing time will not be included in the sweepstakes.

Winners will be chosen at random from the complete pool of eligible tickets for each respective daily/weekly/grand prize drawing. A single participate may win prizes from multiple days’ drawings; however, no participant shall win more than one prize per drawing. All efforts will be made to announce the winners for each daily or weekly sweepstakes within eight hours of comment close. The Grand Prize winner will be announced by 8pm Eastern time (UTC-5), November 1st.

The Legal Stuff

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Anyone 18 years or older may enter, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the countdown, you affirm you are eligible to participate, and that you indemnify and hold harmless C.L. Wilson from any harm or financial obligation associated with your participation and the acceptance of any prizes awarded to you in the SEA KING Release Countdown Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any internet fees you may pay to participate, and taxes or tariffs applied to sweepstakes prizes won. By participating, you acknowledge that C.L. Wilson is liable SOLELY and EXCLUSIVELY for the charges related to purchasing, packaging, and shipping the awarded prizes. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible participants.
