Welcome to the long awaited new website for C.L. Wilson. I hope that this new website will allow me to communicate to you all on a much closer level than ever before. Best of all this new website is mobile friendly so you will now be able to view it and interact with it on all mobile devices. The overall goal of the site was to provide a better experience to my loyal fan base so that you can easily navigate the website, get updates, visit me at events, learn more about your favorite novels, and sign my guest book. If you feel like there is a problem with the new website, or there is something missing that would give you a better experience on the website please feel free to let me know by filling out my contact form.

I am happy about the blades brother bond between Bel/Galen. I don’t see anything beyond that bond. I have read thsee books more than six times already. ..lol.

Hi. I’m a big fan of Fading Lands. I would really love to see to see it on the big screen. I think I read it like 5 times already and I keep on crying and falling in love with it all the time. Been waiting for your other works and will definitely buy them once they’re out. Thanks so much for the wonderful world you created.

Thanks so much. I’d love to see Tairen Soul films, but only if they were really well done. Too many great fantasy books turn into awful TV and Movie fare, probably because CGI is so expensive and doing it right is difficult.

I just read the Tairen Soul series again (for the third time ?). I just wanted to say thank you so much for writing such fantastic books! I always fall in love with the characters all over again every time I re-read that series. Can’t wait for another story from the Fading Lands! ?

I dont know how you feel about homosexuals, but I sensed some chemistry between Bel and Gaelen. A love story between them might be unconventional, but that is what I see. I can see Bel finding his trumate in Gaelen and Gaelen resisting and fighting, and wanting. I’m not gay, just a ‘thruthseeker’.

I don’t have anything against homosexuality, but I can guarantee there won’t be a Bel/Gaelen romance. They are blade brothers, friends, and will lay their lives down for one another, but that’s about as far as their bromance goes 🙂

I dont know how to say this without sounding like a complete weirdo, but I know that this story is part fantasy and part reality. It has to be, cause no one could see these fantastical things, conjure such characters and not KNOW. You must have tasted the waters, felt the heat of the fire, faced the darkness and all it’s horrors to KNOW. If not, I have no words to describe your talent.
I have no words to describe how these books affected me and how it reminded me of things long forgotten.
I dreamed of flying astride a tairen. I dreamed of the nightsky ablaze with bright, orange fire. It was amazing. You are amazing.

I am in love with the tairen. Waiting for Melliandra and Gaelen story. It was written in a way that made me think, “truemates”? Even though he is bloodsworn, can Ellie override that as well? Want to here that almost more than Bel’s story.

Oh noes! So sorry, but I hope that I will get to write about Kieran and Kiel eventually. I’m glad you love the books! Wish I could write faster! But when I try to write fast, I hate the results and spend months fixing what I wrote.

Just finished reading the Tairen Soul series for the 4th time. It gets better with each reading. Looking forward to Bel’s story and maybe finding out what happened to Melliandra and Nicolene. I’m going to check out The Winter King while I’m waiting for more from Eloran.

I’m not sure where you got that impression, as I’ve been pretty open about not being done yet. I cannot tell you when Bel’s book will be available. It’s still in very early stages and has a long way to go. Given my preferences, I will personally never announce a release date until I have a complete manuscript.

I wanted to comment on why there isn’t any quotes from your Tairen Soul series or your other books in this exquisite website ? Will there be any soon, or did you decided not to bother with it? I truly hope I am not sounding rude in this comment section, but I just had to ask. I have really enjoyed every single one of them since you’re first website. Please bring them back! If I am the only one to comment on this important subject, then I truly hope and pray there will be others who feel the same way. If not, then I am glad I have spoken first. Hi Jo, I attempted to answer your email and got bounce backs saying the email you used when writing me didn’t exist. I love my Fading Lands books, love the world and characters I created, and I do definitely hope to return to them. I was, in fact, going gangbusters on Bel’s book when my publisher, Avon, asked me to write another Mystral book instead. That really derailed me, and this last year has been a struggle. I’m (fingers crossed) back on track and working daily, hoping to complete SEA KING and work on other projects (including Bel’s book, and several other Fading Lands stories) whenever I run into road blocks. Best.

I was very happy to see the new web site and very very disappointed to find out the pre-order I made in January this year for the Sea King had been cancelled with no warning or reason and I can not order it again unless I go back to reading paperback books. I no longer read paper books since I have had a kindle for over 7 years. I am truly disappointed and sad that I will not be enjoying your books anymore if they do not show up for the kindle please release on kindle.
