Posted

Only 8 — count them! EIGHT!! That’s the circle that turns round upon itself! Turn it on its side and it’s the symbol for infinity! — more days until THE SEA KING!!  It’s getting close now!!

To celebrate the release, we’re counting down the days with fun and prizes.  Each day, from now until November 1st, drop by to join the celebration and answer the Question of the Day in the current day’s blog comment section to be entered to win.  (For sweepstakes rules and eligibility, click here.)

Rain and Ellysetta at Eadmond’s Field. It’s such a touching character/relationship developing scene.

My favorite scene is from “tomorrow’s sphinx” by clare bell when kichiebo sees the king and the other cheetah merge in the garden…. it thrills both my and her soul…it made me want a cheetah of my own..beauty in motion.

I love that too!

When Amy and Laurie are reunited after Beth’s death in Little Women. I know not a lot of people like that Laurie and Jo didn’t end up together, but this scene (and all their interactions as adults) show they are a much better match.

My absolutely favorite scene is the one from the end of Angel’s Blood by Nalini Singh. Raphael and Elena are my favorite literary couple and I think that’s one of their most memorable scenes.

When Rain comes out of the skies to claim Ellie. Talk about dramatic! Another scene that sticks with me is from JUDE by Lane Hart. Jude comes storming up the stairs and knocks out a fellow fighter because he was about to get it on with his girl. It was a turning point in their relationship but it was a breaking point for him. He was determined to stay away from her yet his feelings wouldn’t let him.

The scene in Pride and Prejudice when Darcy first proposes. I love the tension! It’s so intense even after I’ve read the book at least 10 times! I mean come on “ you were the last man in the world I could ever be prevailed upon to marry!” The whole scene is EPIC!

When Ellysetta met her winded aunt and saw her friends kids there, safe.

So many to choose from! When Ellie and rain first meet. You didnt keep us waiting for too long for the meet. Poor things were both a bit bewildered in their own ways as to what was happening x

My favorite memory of a book is from lady of light and shadows when Ellysetta is trapped in the cathedral and calls out to Rain through there bond threads. Rain! Shei’tan! Help Me! And the way her words hit him and shredded his heart. Time stopped his soul cried no as he raced to her rescue. My heart nearly fell apart when she cried out.

When the Highlander warlord kidnaps his English bride in full warpaint regalia and she insists on him washing it off if they’re going to have this shotgun wedding ♥

The ending of Heaven, Texas when Bobby Tom chases Gracie down. It’s emotional and humorous.

I really love book endings most of everything I remember are the ending just They are the most amazing things to see how the story came to an end

  on October 23, 2017 :

When Dirk and Elspeth work together to rescue Talia from torture, hell, and certain death, in the second book of the Arrows series, Dirk “takes two steps and collapses like a felled tree.” Elspeth “had done the same, but more quietly, in a corner.” I’m with Elspeth, but I can just see a giant blonde man hitting the floor and making everything else rattle….

Just one??? The first on that comes to mind is HP and the Sorcerer’s Stone. When Harry Potter is tucked into his soft bed on his first night at Hogwarts in the Gryffindor tower. It just felt like such relief that he was now somewhere he belonged. 🙂

When Rain finds Ellysetta in the park makes my heart pitter patter.

One of my favorite book scenes is Harry’s first time in diagon alley. Makes me remember the magic of the Happy Potter world as a teen. JK Rowlings world building is so fantastic. She literally takes me away everytime.

When Ellie and Rain form the first thread of their bond. Always makes me tear up just a bit.

One of my favorite books Dance Upon the Air the scene where Nell first stirs the Air with her magic always makes me so happy. Almost like I am her and I feel the feeling of rightness and that I have the power.
