THE SEA KING Release Countdown T -6 Days

Posted

Only 6– count them! SIX!! — more days until THE SEA KING!!  It’s getting close now!!

To celebrate the release, we’re counting down the days with fun and prizes.  Each day, from now until November 1st, drop by to join the celebration and answer the Question of the Day in the current day’s blog comment section to be entered to win.  (For sweepstakes rules and eligibility, click here.)

The Current Drawing

From now until 10am, Tuesday, October 31st, stop by the C.L. Wilson blog to answer the Question of the Day (QoD) to be entered to win one of the current drawing’s fabulous prizes and receive a ticket in the Grand Prize drawing.  Each individual QoD you answer gets you another ticket in both the weekly and the Grand Prize prize drawings, so don’t be shy.

You can also comment multiple times a day, just to have fun and be involved, but each participant receives only one ticket in the drawing for each day’s blog post you comment on.  All responses will be tallied after comments close for the final post. The winners will be selected at random from all entries, with all winners of this week’s drawing posted on Tuesday, October 17th.

Print books are better as I can go back and check what characters said or look at maps more easily but the size of an ebook is easier to fit in a purse.

I like both print and ebooks! I tend to buy print books for those that I know I will really enjoy. I also prefer print books for those I will use at work. I also don’t care for hardback books, so I almost exclusively buy ebooks for titles that come out in hardback, but that I want to read without having to wait for 6 months+ for a paperback.

Print! Books never need recharging.

Amista Phillips

  on October 25, 2017 :

I like to read ebooks and display print books.

Julie

  on October 25, 2017 :

I love both, but nothing beats holding a paperback in my hands.

Rex Anne

  on October 25, 2017 :

Definitely print. The feel and smell of a book is a big part of the experience. Plus, I can quickly go back to my favorite parts.

If I have to use an eBook it’s because I couldn’t get the print version at the library. I do like that I can make the text larger. And thankfully, an eBook once downloaded on a eReader, doesn’t require Internet. Just batteries, haha.

Didn’t we already do this question? I don’t mind answering it twice … maybe I’m dreaming… I prefer to read ebooks at night as then I don’t have to worry about a light… During the day, I’ll read either print or ebook… I still like holding a real book… it brings back wonderful memories. AND, it’s not part of the question, but I have become a huge fan of audiobooks over the last 5 years. They allow me to read when I normally couldn’t. AND, when paired with a great narrator, audiobooks actually enhance my reading experience!

I like books when at home. When on the go and traveling e-books are the way to go.

I like both. I usually HAVE to own my books in print, then get them in ebook when they go on sale. 🙂

Both! But I hate traveling with my Kindle. I’m always afraid I’ll leave it somewhere. But you can’t beat the smell of a good book 🙂
